B2C helpdesk service API references
The OneWelcome Identity Platform provides the B2C helpdesk service for managing helpdesk configuration. The B2C helpdesk service enables administrators to configure and customize helpdesk views for both B2C and B2B scenarios, including filter settings, column configurations, and search parameters.
B2C Helpdesk service APIs
The B2C helpdesk service includes the following API:

Configuration API: Provides endpoints for the following tasks:

Update or create configuration: Update the existing helpdesk configuration or create a new configuration for filters, columns, or search settings.

Get configuration data: Retrieve the helpdesk configuration for B2B or B2C business types based on the configuration type (filters, columns, or search).

All B2C helpdesk service API endpoints require OAuth2 bearer tokens with the appropriate permissions.
