Provision inactive user

This task enables the provisioning of an inactive user.

In certain scenarios, an external application, such as a CRM system, can onboard or sell a product to the user. The CRM system can then provision an inactive user in the OneWelcome Identity Platform identity store, which pre-populates the necessary data. After the inactive user is provisioned, the account activation flow is automatically triggered.
