Delegated User Management implements a tiered, scalable method of securely connecting users through roles and their associated entitlements, while leveraging self-service capabilities.

Features:

• Delegate administrators, level by level, to manage the user roles within their scope.
• Limit users' accounts or access to applications to specific periods.
• Invite users to groups, collections, and roles directly from Customer Care.
• Run jobs at a predefined periodicity using automation rules.
• Address user requests within the Users section or directly from the user's profile.
• Change the role, group, or attribute values for large numbers of users simultaneously.
• Import large numbers of users into the platform.
• Customize the branding.
• Adapt workflow attributes and automation rules using user identification by characteristics.
