Troubleshooting
Log records
All requests that arrive at the OneWelcome Identity Platform APIs, together with the resulting events, are logged for 28 days. The log records can be used by the tenant for troubleshooting, for example to check whether a failed request arrived successfully at the API or to get more details about an error response.
Note
The log records are only for troubleshooting and not for analytics or solving security issues.
Note
PII protection
All personally identifiable information (PII) is persistently stored in the Identity Management user repository only. The OneWelcome APIs do not persistently store any PII. Even though PII can temporarily occur in volatile memory, it is not kept in any database nor log of the APIs.
