Core administration experience
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) core admin experience is part of the OneWelcome Identity Platform. It allows you to use a variety of identity apps from the OneWelcome Identity Platform to make changes such as managing user journey workflows, onboarding and offboarding administrators, managing core settings, and more. The admin experience lets you connect and protect your users with policy driven Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities.
You can use the core admin experience to perform functions such as:
• User journey workflow management • Tenant switching between test, acceptance, and production environments • Email gateway and email template management
Admin experience console
The admin experience console is a web-based console that enhances the user experience, enabling you to make minor configuration changes after deployment. It provides configuration settings across different OneWelcome Identity Platform products, such as a secure login and single sign-on (SSO) experience for administrators, and managing administrators and their entitlements.
Core admin experience configuration
The admin experience console provides access to the following configuration functions:
Session management
Session management lets you control the user session lifetime and what happens upon expiry. It is configurable per brand.
Password policies
Password policies allow you to view and update password policy settings, manage password settings, and enforce standards such as length, complexity, uniqueness, and lifespan.
Account lockout
Account lockout allows you to configure account lockout per brand, based on a defined number of failed attempts, duration of lockout, and a multiplying factor to extend lock times for repeat offenses.
User journey workflows
Workflows provide user-centric journeys with out-of-the-box templates and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) workflows for every brand within a tenant. You can view existing user journey workflows and download them for editing.
Email templates
Email templates allow you to define email templates for each user journey in a tenant.
Core admin experience reporting and logging
The admin experience console provides access to the following reporting and logging functions:
Reporting
Reports allow you to view and download pre-customized reports. All reports are encrypted and protected by a password. The password changes every time this page is refreshed. You can request new reports through our professional services team.
