RITM release schedule

Thales regularly releases new versions of the OneWelcome Identity Platform B2B IAM solution (RITM). These versions can contain new and/or improved functionality as well as performance enhancements and bug fixes.
At the same time, Thales performs regular maintenance in order to, for example, improve the overall stability, security, availability, and performance of the platform or infrastructure components.
To be able to deploy new versions and perform maintenance the following schedule is in place:

June 8th, 2023 at 08:00 GMT | The deploy of June 7th, 2023 introduced some issues and we had to rollback to the previous release (2023.06.0). Version 2023.06.1 will be deployed once corrected. |
June 8th, 2023 at 18:00 GMT | Version 2023.06.1 has been deployed with all needed corrections. |
February 21st, 2024 at 20:00 GMT | The maintenance window for this 3rd Wednesday of the month has been moved by two hours to limit the inconvenience for customers. |
Note
- Upgrades will always be backwards-compatible (unless notified in advance at https://thalesdocs.com/oip).
- Thales will potentially not use a slot if there are no activities needed
- Release notes will always be available in RITM itself as well as on https://thalesdocs.com/oip.
