User Defined
User defined flow categories allow users to create their own organizational structure by grouping flows based on their purpose, use case, or project requirements, in addition to the default categories provided by the system.
How to add a User Defined flow

Create your own Flow Category and Flow Type as described in Flow Categorisations.

Open the left sidebar and select Visual Identity Orchestrator from the menu.

A list of flow categories is displayed. Select the one you created in step 1.

Select ADD.

Complete the configuration by following the steps described in the Add flow section, starting from step 5.
