Testing the Solution

The following authentication methods are supported:

• Push OTP
• GrIDsure
• Challenge-Response
• SMS Challenge
• Password (Static)

The flow of running the agent solution and verifying the authentication, is as follows:

1. Access your Epic Hyperspace or Hyperdrive account using a browser window. Enter Username and Password. Click Sign In.

2. You will be redirected to the service sign-in page to complete the sign-in process.

3. On the service sign-in page, enter your authentication credentials.

4. You will be successfully logged in to sign and download the controlled substances patient records.

   Note

   • There will be no user interaction for Push OTP method on the service page.
   • The applicable policy defines whether the service page will be displayed or not, while performing the authentication.
