Token inventory
The inventory displays the capacity, SMS credits, and tokens that are available for allocation.
You can view the token inventory, on the STA Token Management console, in Dashboard > Inventory.
Capacity
Capacity is the number of users that an organization can assign a password or tokens (that is, can allow to authenticate). Each user that is assigned a password or tokens consumes one unit of capacity. On the other hand, users which do not have a password or token (that is, are not allowed to authenticate), do not consume capacity.
You need to increase capacity if the number of users allowed to authenticate exceeds the configured capacity.
For example, an account with a capacity of 100 and with 200 tokens can assign two tokens to each user, assign 200 tokens to one user, or any combination in between. However, after assigning at least one token to each of 100 users, they cannot assign a token to another user without first acquiring additional capacity.
SMS Credits
The number of credits received from your Service Provider and available for reallocation to your accounts. If you have configured an SMS gateway on the Virtual Server, this value is unlimited.
