Settings

The Settings menu of the platform hosts general information about your organization as well as platform-related dashboard, language and menu layout preferences.

Organization details

Delegated User Management comes with English as the default language. However, you can choose another default language, which will be used for defining string values throughout the platform. Please keep in mind that all the content you define moving forward will be associated to this language.

To change the default platform language navigate to Settings, then choose your preferred language.

Next update the industry and contact information of your company. Don't forget to click Save.

URL & Access

Every organization created in Delegated User Management has its own unique URL for accessing the platform. This unique URL can be used to point users to a custom domain of the organization's choice.

Dashboard

This section allows you to change the information presented in an organization's dashboard. You can select 4 types of information to be displayed in the dashboard's chart and 2 additional data types to be displayed on the table at the bottom of the page.

Translations

Although Delegated User Management comes with English as the default language, you can add other languages as well, change the default language or adapt the different texts that are displayed to your users in such a way that they match your organization's needs.

You can Add, Translate, Deactivate, Make default or Delete any of the languages set up in the Translation tab.

When editing a language, you can change its name, according to the languages provided at a platform level.

Once a new language has been created, you can then start translating it by filling in the New value field. Values are automatically saved when you click outside the field.

Menus

You can reorganize the platform and the profile menu to better suit your organization and users' needs. Simply drag and drop the items in the desired position. Delegated User Management uses a two-level nested layout for the platform menu and a single-level one for the profile.
