Troubleshooting
The following list describes some common error codes or scenarios you may face when using MobilePASS+ application. This will help you troubleshoot issues pertaining to the usage of the app.
- Error code 8.x – Communication error
This error may occur due to any network communication issues that may be related to firewalls, proxies or slow networks.
- Error code 10 – Session timeout
This error may occur if the enrollment session times out.
- Error code 18.4xx – Client communication error
This error may occur if the MobilePASS+ app is experiencing communication issues with network.
- Error code 20 – Insecure connection
This error may occur if the enrollment is attempted on an insecure network connection.
- Error code 22 – Invalid certificate chain
This error may occur if one of the certificates in the certificate chain is invalid.
- Error code 23.5XXX – Out of band registration failure
This error may occur if the out of band registration fails during enrollment. This could result in failure of delivery of push notifications.
- Error code 160,166 – Key store errors
This error may occur if there are issues in accessing app local or shared data.
- Error code 350,351 – Shared authenticator errors
This error may occur while initializing the shared authenticator settings or while enabling the shared authenticator policies.
