UI customization
The OneWelcome Identity Platform supports customizing your user interface (UI). It provides an out-of-the-box solution based on the Material UI framework and assists with setting up your user journey and styling your web page.
It is important to design user interfaces that are intuitive and attractive. The login and registration pages are interfaces that your users interact with frequently, and first impressions count. The look and feel of your pages should be in tune with your organization’s branding, personality, and business activity.
The OneWelcome Identity Platform supports multi-branding, with brands within the same tenant using the same identity infrastructure. This enables you to customize the look and feel as well as the user journey of each of your brands separately.

How to design your user journeys
The series of steps that a user must complete to achieve their goal is called a user journey. Common user journey examples include:
- registration flow
- login flow
- forgot password flow
What can you customize
The content of these flows, such as titles, descriptions, required user input, supported login options, and tone are fully customizable.
