Reporting
DPoD allows administrator users to download and access reports on their tenants and the service consumption within them. The reports return a CSV file for importing into a spreadsheet application. The report can be run for a single month that occurred in the past. Reports cannot be run in the current month. If a report is run during a month that the tenant had no services, then an empty report is generated.
Report content will contain different material depending on the tenant level. For example, a tenant administrator monthly report and a service provider monthly report will contain different sections based on the tenant's capabilities. DPoD provides administrators access to the following reports:
- Service Provider Tenant Summary Report
- Service Provider Tenant Service Report
- Subscriber Tenant Service Report
