Deleting a Tenant
Service Provider Administrators can delete subscriber tenants and sub-Service Provider Tenants (service provider operating below another service provider).
Deleting a tenant also deletes the primary administrator of that tenant account.
To delete a tenant

On the Tenants tab find the tenant you would like to delete in the Tenants table.

Click the tenant name in the Tenant Name column or click the drop-down menu in the Actions column for the tenant you would like to delete.

Click Delete Tenant.

Enter the Tenant Account Name to confirm the deletion and click Delete.
