Customizing the Logo
The Service Provider Administrator can replace the default Thales logo with their own branded logo. The custom logo appears in the top banner of all tenant administrator and application owner user interface pages.
Only the service provider administrator can update the logo for their service provider tenants and associated subscriber tenants.
The logo must meet the following formatting requirements:
- PNG format
- 240 x 96
Note
We recommend uploading a logo with a transparent background.
To customize the service provider logo

Sign in as a service provider administrator.

Select the Administration tab.

Click Change Logo.

Click Upload Logo.

Navigate to the folder containing your logo and select the 240 x 96 .png logo file.
The logo replaces the default Thales logo in the Application Logo screen.
If the logo is correct, select Save Changes.
If the logo is incorrect, select Cancel.
The custom logo now displays as the Application Logo. It will appear on all service provider tenant and subscriber tenant log in and user interface pages.
