Luna Cloud HSM Service Months

Thales tracks the duration of time the user has access to the service and is using the service resources. The Luna Cloud HSM Service is defined as active until terminated.

Thales bills based on the percent of time, in any given month, that a user has access to the service, multiplied by the price of the service.

Billing is calculated as follows:

• Service price = price for service
• Service time = total amount of time the user had access to the service during the period
• Billing period = total amount of time during the billing period

Service time/billing period = service months

Service price x service months = billed amount (for a given month)
