Production Tier Subscription

To purchase a production tier, you can visit https://cpl.thalesgroup.com/encryption/contact-us and raise an order. A Thales sales team representative will connect with you to help complete the purchase process.

Production Tier Provisioning

1. Log in to your DPoD enterprise tenant as a user with tenant administrator or application owner privileges.

2. Open the Services tab and select the Add Service heading. Navigate the marketplace categories and click CREATE SERVICE on the service that you would like to provision.

   

   If you have purchased subscription in a region then it will show CREATE SERVICE option instead of TRY SERVICE in that region.

3. The Add Service wizard displays. Review the Terms of Service and click Next.

4. On the Configure Service page, enter the required criteria for the service.

   

5. Select the plan as per your subscription in Service Tier drop-down. The other options in will remain disabled.

   The Data Center drop-down lists the options based on the selected datacenter.

6. Click Next.

7. Review your configuration summary page, and if you are satisfied click Finish. If you would like to adjust the service configuration, click Go Back.

The newly created service goes in Provisioning state. Thales will contact you with further details at the earliest. Once the payShield is allocated, the Provisioning state changes to Provisioned and the service will be visible under the View Services table in DPoD.

Once the Production Service is provisioned, Thales will continue to setup the dedicated environment for the customer to access the HSM.
