APPENDIX B - DPoD Errors
Tenant Administrators and Application Owners may encounter the following errors while provisioning and deprovisioning payShield Cloud HSM service:
Provisioning Errors

Concurrency Error | Please wait for the current operation to finish. |
Internal Database Error | Internal error: database not reachable. Please try again later. |
Internal Server Error | Internal error: An internal server error occurred. Please try again later. |
Service Unavailable | Internal error: service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. |
Inconsistent Database State | An internal server error occurred. |
Internal Conversion Error | Internal error. Please try again later. |
Deprovisioning Errors
Error Type | Error Message |

No payShield Associated for Deprovisioning | Internal error: payShield not found. Please try again later. |
payShield in End-User State | payShield is in end user state. Please release payShield from payShield manager and try again. |
Invalid Service Instance State | Internal error: Failed to change payShield state. Please try again later. |
