View Sevice Status
Once the service you have created is provisioned on DPoD marketplace, you will be assigned payShield/s as per the chosen plan. Once you start using the device/s you can view their service status by following the steps below:
- Navigate to View Services tab under your tenant.
- Click on the service name.
The status information for the provisioned service displays:
This screen displays the status information including Serial Number, Datacenter, Service Tier, Service Type, Service Name and Service Status of allocated payShield.
Network Details: Displays IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway for Management, Host1 & Host2.
Device Details: This screen allows you to verify the status information of allocated payShield.
Allocated payShield information does not display on DPoD service status page for Network and Device details while payShield is unreachable or rebooting. The status will appear as in the image below:
