Install the Local Application Component
Follow the steps below to install the local application component:

Navigate to: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features

If you find an existing Smart Card Bridge, select it, and click to Uninstall. (The example above does not have an existing Smart Card Bridge.)

Return to the payShield Manager window.

Expand the menu selection: Possible Solution (Install Local Application Component).

Select Thales e-Security Smart Card Bridge.
The ThalesScBridge_ChromeFoxFire.msi downloads.

Click Run.
The Smart Card Bridge Setup Wizard Opens.

Click Next.
-
Click Next a second time to confirm.
-
Follow the instructions as prompted.
-
Click Back to return to the payShield landing page.
-
Close your payShield session.
-
From your Internet browser, enter the network name or IP address.
