Fingerprint Management

Enhancing security for the FIDO key is possible by adding a fingerprint for authentication. Currently, the FIDO key supports adding only one fingerprint per key. The Manage fingerprint feature allows users to delete or rename the fingerprint. You can enroll your fingerprint using a Bio Fingerprint-enabled card, which enhances your security.

This feature is only available with FIDO keys with biometric sensors.

If the FIDO Key supports this feature, the Manage Fingerprints button is visible as shown below.

1. Clicking the Manage Fingerprints button will trigger a prompt for your PIN. If you're utilizing an NFC key, you'll need to tap it again to allow the application to load the fingerprints.
2. The application displays a list of saved fingerprints.
   
3. Selecting a fingerprint will open the fingerprint details page. Here, you can rename or delete the fingerprint, which for NFC requires an additional tap.
