Troubleshooting

This section provides resolution to issues that you may encounter while working with the Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Manager solution.

Issue	Resolution
Connection Failed: Not able to connect to Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service to see the list of connected devices.	Perform the following steps: Verify the service status. Open the Windows Services application. Locate Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service in the list. Ensure that the service status is Running. If the Service is Running, Refresh your browser tab and try connecting again. If the issue persists, restart Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service from the Windows Services application. Ensure that you have administrator privileges to perform this action.

Connection Failed: Not able to connect to Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service to see the list of connected devices.

Perform the following steps:

Verify the service status.
1. Open the Windows Services application.
2. Locate Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service in the list.
3. Ensure that the service status is Running.
If the Service is Running,
1. Refresh your browser tab and try connecting again.
2. If the issue persists, restart Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service from the Windows Services application. Ensure that you have administrator privileges to perform this action.
