The Admin Dashboard provides a centralized, real-time view of your organization’s FIDO authentication ecosystem. It offers administrators quick access to essential setup actions and system insights.
This section covers two key features of the Admin Dashboard:

Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service
The Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service is a Windows service that facilitates secure, direct communication between administrator workstations and connected FIDO devices. It plays a critical role in enabling various device management operations.
Service Features
The Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service provides:

Secure Communication: Establishes an encrypted channel between the administrator console and FIDO devices connected to the workstation.

Device Management: Supports key FIDO authenticator operations, such as discovery, registration, configuration, testing, and reset.

WebSocket Connectivity: Operates over a WebSocket connection on port 9333.

Caution
Ensure that port 9333 is open in the local firewall settings. If this port is blocked, the service will be unable to discover or manage FIDO devices.
Download and Installation

Log in to the Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Manager admin console.

On the Admin Dashboard, under System Requirements, click Download for Windows to download the Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service.exe and Config.json files used to install the latest version of the Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service.

Run the installer. For installation steps, refer to the Thales Authenticator Lifecycle Service section.

After installation, the service starts automatically and begins listening for incoming connections on port 9333.
System Overview (Metrics)
The System Overview section of the Admin Dashboard displays key metrics at a glance, enabling administrators to monitor deployment health and quickly detect anomalies or potential issues.

Metrics Data Visualization
Each metric is presented with a corresponding icon and a numerical value for quick interpretation. The following table explains each metric displayed under System Overview.

| Total FIDO Keys | The total number of FIDO authenticators registered across the organization. |
| Enrolled | The total number of devices that have completed the enrollment process and are currently active. |
| Configured | The total number of devices that have had policies successfully applied. |
| Revoked | The total number of devices that have been revoked or deactivated and are no longer eligible for authentication. |
| Total Policies | The total number of authentication policies (both Managed and Generic) defined in the system. |
