Prerequisites

Before you proceed with the integration, ensure to complete the following prerequisites:

• Configure the following components:

  • SAS PCE, deployed in your environment.

  • SafeNet Access Exchange, deployed in your environment.

• Obtain the entityID and SingleLogoutService URL by performing the following steps:

  1. On the SafeNet Access Exchange console, in the left pane under Configure, click Realm settings.

  2. In the right pane, next to Endpoints, click on the SAML2.0 Identity Provider Metadata link to download the SafeNet Access Exchange metadata file.

     

  3. Open the metadata in a text editor, and perform the following steps:

     1. Copy the values of the following fields as marked in the below screenshot:

        • entityID

        • SingleSignOnService (Location URL)

        You will need the fields' values while configuring SafeNet Access Exchange as your IdP in Silverfort.

     2. From the metadata, copy the value of X509Certificate as shown in the below screenshot and paste it in a text editor between ----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- and -----END CERTIFICATE----- statements. Save it as .crt file on your local machine.

        You will need to upload this certificate file while configuring SafeNet Access Exchange as your IdP in Silverfort.
