Troubleshooting
This section describes how to troubleshoot the issue that you may encounter while integrating CipherTrust Manager with AD RMS.
Unable to Restrict Permissions
While verifying the integration , if you click Restricted Access but the Permissions window does not appear, ensure the following:
FQDN is same as the AD RMS Server.
http://<fully qualified domain name that you specified while configuring AD RMS>
is added to the list of trusted sites.
