AGT-43691 [CS1444586]: Failed to perform Windows update
User received error message: Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070005 after installing 7.3.0.135. The issue occurred because CipherTrust Transparent Encryption agent was not allowing for the creation of a Symbolic Name for a file. This issue has been fixed in the latest agent.
