AGT-44671 [CS1450617]: The vmd.service still in BindsTo mode after upgrading from old agent

VMD stopped which caused an issue with the 4k header not getting added to all of the files in the GuardPoint. Issue was caused by a dependency between vmd and secfs. Secfs was stopping when vmd stopped. To fix this issue, the dependency between the two services has been removed.
AGT-44742 [CS1458612]: Agent keeps resending certificate renewal request to DSM

This issue occurs when a certificate was up for renewal and there was only one product installed. In this case, the Vormetric Key Agent was not installed. The problem was that there was only one return code for potentially multiple agents. The code has been updated to use multiple return codes that can accommodate multiple agents.

This problem does not occur on CipherTrust Manager because CM does not support Key Agent, so the renewal code does not fail as it only looks for CipherTrust Transparent Encryption.
