AGT-44709 [CS1460172]: GuardPoints are getting "Standard policies are not supported for CIP GuardPoints" after system patching
The hardware signature file is used in security checks when CipherTrust Transparent Encryption starts. If CTE is registered again in an erroneous situation, the newly-generated hardware signature file overwrites the existing one resulting in an error with the message: "hwsig does not match". In this case, CTE needs to be uninstalled and re-installed to fix the issue. The fix does not overwrite the existing HW signature file during re-registration so that security check is OK.
