Uninstalling CAKM for Oracle TDE Provider

Uninstallation on Windows

Silent Uninstallation

To uninstall CAKM for Oracle TDE silently, execute the following command.

setup.exe /x /s /v/qn

GUI Based Uninstallation

You can uninstall CAKM for Oracle TDE using the InstallShield Wizard also. If the wizard detects that CAKM for Oracle TDE has already been installed, it allows you to remove the current installation.

1. Double-click the setup executable to start the InstallShield Wizard. The wizard detects the current installation.

2. Click Next to open the Program Maintenance screen.

3. Select Remove and then click Next.

4. Click Remove.

5. After the files are uninstalled, click Finish to complete the process.

Alternatively, you can uninstall CAKM for Oracle TDE from the Control Panel.

Uninstallation on RHEL/Oracle Linux

To uninstall CAKM for Oracle TDE, execute the following command.

sudo ./install.sh -u

For example:

[user@orcl1 CAKM_for_Oracle_TDE-8.10.0.000]# sudo ./install.sh -u
