Logging in to DPoD
Log in to DPoD

Access the DPoD log in page and enter your account credentials.
Tip
If you do not have your DPoD credentials click Help on the DPoD login page and select I forgot my password to trigger a password reset. Or see User Management and Account Troubleshooting for more information on recovering your DPoD credentials.

Complete the relevant log in procedure:
Initial Login
If this is the initial login, the Protect your account page displays. You are prompted to register for two-factor authentication to DPoD.
a. Click Set up authenticator app.
b. Scan the QR code or register the activation token in your authenticator application. A 6-digit TOTP code generates on the authenticator application.
d. Enter the 6-digit TOTP code in the Verification Code field.
e. Click Continue. The Finalize Setup: Secure Your Recovery Codes page displays.
f. Copy and store the recovery codes. The recovery codes can be used instead of the 6-digit TOTP code to access your account in the event your authenticator app is unavailable. Click Continue. The Complete your profile page displays.
g. Review and agree to the Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
h. Click Create my account.
The DPoD tenant displays.
Subsequent Login
If this is a non-initial log in, the Welcome to Data Protection on Demand page displays. Click Use authenticator code.
a. You are prompted to enter a verification code. Consult the authenticator application on your mobile device for a current TOTP code. Enter the available 6-digit TOTP code under the Verification code.
b. Click Sign in.
The DPoD tenant displays.
MFA Reset
If the MFA token has been reset, the Protect your account page displays. You are prompted to register for two-factor authentication to DPoD.
a .Click Set up authenticator app.
b. Scan the QR code or register the activation token in your authenticator application. A 6-digit TOTP code generates on the authenticator application.
d. Enter the 6-digit TOTP code in the Verification Code field.
e. Click Continue. The Finalize Setup: Secure Your Recovery Codes page displays.
f. Copy and store the recovery codes. The recovery codes can be used instead of the 6-digit TOTP code to access your account in the event your authenticator app is unavailable. Click Continue. The Complete your profile page displays.
g. Review and agree to the Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
h. Click Create my account.
The DPoD tenant displays.
