Logging in to DPoD
Consult the User Management document for detailed instructions on what to do if you lose access to your password or MFA token.
Log in to DPoD

Access your DPoD tenant sign in page and enter your account credentials.
Tip
If you do not have your DPoD credentials or tenant URL, see User Management and Account Troubleshooting for more information on recovering your DPoD credentials or tenant URL.

Complete the relevant log in procedure:
Initial Login
If this is the initial login, the Setup Multifactor Authentication page displays.
a. You are prompted to configure a TOTP. Using an authentication application on a mobile device, scan the QR code on the Setup Multifactor Authentication page.
b. Add your account.
c. Click Next on the Setup Multifactor Authentication page.
d. A 6-digit TOTP code generates on the authentication application. Enter the 6-digit TOTP code on the Enter your Google Authentication Code page, excluding any spaces.
e. Click Verify.
f. If your tenant account was registered by a parent tenant, you are prompted to create new DPoD password immediately. Create a new password.
The DPoD landing page displays.
Subsequent Login
If this is a non-initial log in, the Enter your Google Authentication Code page displays.
a. You are prompted to configure a TOTP. Consult the MFA application on your mobile device for a current TOTP code. Enter the available 6-digit TOTP code on the Enter your Google Authentication Code page, excluding any spaces.
b. Click Verify.
The DPoD landing page displays.
MFA Reset
If the MFA token has been reset, the Setup Multifactor Authentication page displays.
a. You are prompted to configure a TOTP. Using an authentication application on a mobile device, scan the QR code on the Setup Multifactor Authentication page.
b. Add your account.
c. Click Next on the Setup Multifactor Authentication page.
d. A 6-digit TOTP code generates on the authentication application. Enter the 6-digit TOTP code on the Enter your Google Authentication Code page, excluding any spaces.
e. Click Verify.
The DPoD landing page displays.
