Grant/revoke table and column permissions

Steps

1. Delete the views and triggers using the pdbctl utility. Refer to Delete views and triggers for details.

2. Execute the necessary grant or revoke SQL statements.

3. Recreate the views and triggers using the pdbctl utility. Refer to Recreate view and triggers for details.
