Session_CreateUser
This API creates a new user.

Input Parameters
| Parameters | Description |

| userName | Name of the new user to be created. |
| userPassword | Password for the new user. |
| isPasswordChangeable | Use this parameter to change the password. The default value is false (optional) . |
| CustomAttributeList | Use this parameter to add custom attributes to the user (optional). |
