Troubleshooting
This section describes the how to troubleshoot the issue that you may encounter while integrating CipherTrust KMS with OCSP.
While Setting-up Revocation Configuration, if the status of the Online Responder displays Bad Signing on Array Controller. To fix this issue:
In the left pane, click on Revocation Configuration.
In the right pane, right click on the certificate and select Edit Properties.
Click on the Signing tab.
Deselect Do not prompt for credentials for cryptographic operations check box.
Click OK.
