External CipherTrust Resources

This section describes prerequisites to manage the external CipherTrust resources on CCKM.

Prerequisites

Before you can use an external CipherTrust Manager as a key source in CCKM:

1. Make sure that the external CipherTrust Manager is installed and configured. Refer to CipherTrust Manager Deployment for details.

2. After the external CipherTrust Manager is configured, configure the connection to the external CipherTrust Manager. Refer to Connection Manager for details.

After ensuring the prerequisites, the CipherTrust Manager keys can be managed on the CipherTrust Manager. Refer to the following sections:
