Getting Information
Seeing What I Purchased and Activated
From within the ECP portal, you can get information about what you ordered, what you activated and the HSMs that have upgrades. Follow these steps to do so.
1.Use your login credentials to access ECP (see Login to ECP with Email Address and Password). Login credentials are a valid email address and password.
2.Expand Products to see a summary of what products your company has purchased (see Purchased Products).
3.Expand Orders to see details of the products your company has purchased (see Listing Orders).
4.Expand Activations to see a list of entitlements you have activated (see Listing Activations).
5.Expand Devices to see a list of HSM serial numbers that you have registered previously within ECP (see Listing Device Activations).
Seeing What Upgrades Are On the HSM Appliance
To see what upgrades are applied on the HSM appliance, log on as an administrator to the appliance and use the sysconf license list command. See Listing Applied Upgrades for an example.
