Verifying Your Integration
Perform the following steps to ensure the integration is successful:
When Integrating Using a New Key
Log on to the CipherTrust Manager using your credentials.
Navigate to Keys and click the first key that you see listed.
Copy the ID of this key.
On the server where MongoDB is installed, navigate to
/var/lib/mongodb/key.store/.Notice that a directory with the same name as the ID of the key that you just copied exists. This verifies that the integration is successful.
When Integrating with an Exisiting Key
Log on to the CipherTrust Manager using your credentials.
Navigate to Keys and click the key that you created using the API playground.
Copy the ID of this key.
On the server where MongoDB is installed, navigate to
/var/lib/mongodb/key.store/.Notice that a directory with the same name as the ID of the key that you just copied exists. This verifies that the integration is successful.
