CipherTrust Application Data Protection for JAVA - Cloud Storage Encryption Gateway (CSEG) is a bundle of WebServices provided to the customer to support various cloud storage services on different cloud storage environments.

Following are the cloud storage environments supported by CSEG:

  • Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3)

  • IBM Cloud

  • Google Cloud Storage

CSEG works in integration with these cloud storage environments to make CSEG WebServices work. CSEG offers its customers an online file storage web service and a cloud storage web service with REST interfaces. It allows the user, to keep files safe in a cloud storage environment and perform operations like Upload, Download, Update and Delete on these files and Key Generation, using CADP for JAVA.

CSEG for Cloud Storage Services supports various WebServices to store, retrieve, delete and encrypt files on cloud storage environments. It encrypts the data in files before saving the files on cloud storage environment. The keys used to encrypt and decrypt data in client-side encryption are managed by Key Manager.
