Support Catalogue
Utilize the Support Catalogue feature to efficiently apply secure packages, updates, and patches directly to your devices from CCC. The process involves the following steps:
1Access the Support Catalogue page through the menu bar at the top.
Note
Before applying a secure package, ensure that the device version is 7.3 or above, and the Rest API version is 7 or above.
2Initiate the upload process by clicking the Upload Package button.
3Utilize the pop-up window to navigate to and select the .tar file downloaded from the Thales Customer Support portal. Subsequently, proceed by clicking the Upload button.
4Optionally, validate the uploaded package by entering its associated checksum value, as provided in the support portal.
5Apply the uploaded package to a device by selecting the Apply Package button.
Note
You have the option to apply the package to a device immediately or defer the action to a later point in time.
6Choose the target device from the provided list and proceed by clicking Next.
7Use the Device Info tab to validate the device-related informtion, including host name, appliance version, firmware version, and serial number. Once done, press the Continue button.
8Confirm your action by typing Proceed in the Confirm tab, then click the Apply Package button. Please be patient as the application process may take up to 20 minutes to complete. Once finished, the device will undergo a reboot before coming back online.

9Upgrade the firmware: After completing the appliance software upgrade, access the Devices page from the top menu bar. Select the upgraded device, scroll to the Authorization tab, and re-authorize the device. Then, click the General tab and press the Update Firmware button displaying the available firmware versions that the device can be upgraded to.
Note
To support the firmware upgrade, please ensure that devices are updated to version 7.2 or higher.
