Description

Unwrap a key and decode its attributes.

hSession	Open session handle
hUnwrapper	Handle to unwrapping key
hUnwrappedKey	Reference to handle to the key unwrapped
buf	Reference to bytes containing the key and attributes
bufLen	Number of bytes referenced by buf

On Successful Return

*hUnwrappedKey — handle to unwrapped key with attributes
