syslog period

Set the time between syslog rotations.

Users with the following privileges can perform this command:

Syntax

syslog period <syslogperiod>

Argument(s)	Description
<syslogperiod>	Specifies the log rotation period. Valid values: daily, weekly, monthly

Example

Log period set to daily.
