pedserver

Use the pedserver commands to manage certificates in PEDserver and the appliance, initiate connections between the PED and HSM, and select the PED for HSM operation.

NOTE   The pedserver commands are available on Windows only.

To run PEDserver from the command line, you must specify one of the following three options.

Syntax

pedserver

appliance
mode
regen

Option	Description
appliance	Registers or deregisters an appliance, or lists the registered appliances. Applies to server-initiated (peer-to-peer) mode only. See pedserver appliance.
mode	Specifies the mode that the PED Server will be executed in. See pedserver mode.
regen	Regenerates the client certificate. Applies to server-initiated (peer-to-peer) mode only. See pedserver regen.
