Luna HSM

What should I do first?

You have already installed the HSM hardware
- by mounting it in a rack and connecting the cables (applies to Luna SA networked HSM appliance),
- by installing it into a host computer's PCIe slot (applies to Luna PCI-E host-installed card-format HSM),
or
- by connecting it to a USB port on your host computer (applies to Luna G5 external USB host-connected HSM),

as described in the QuickStart (see "Quick Start Overview").

What remains is to install the software onto your Client computer(s), configure the appliance to work in your network and to recognize your Client (applies to Luna SA only), and then begin using the configured Luna HSM with your application(s).
