partition createChallenge - Create the partition User challenge.
lunacm:> partition createChallenge
The partition createChallenge command creates a partition User challenge for the current partition. If you also create a challenge for Crypto-User, then "User" becomes Crypto-Officer and uses the challenge that you create here, while Crypto-User gets a separate challenge.
You must run this command before you can run"partition createuser" command.
When the PED shows a 16-character text string, write it down, preferably using a text editor - many errors with the partition challenge seem to occur when attempting to read hand-written notes... is that an "s" or an "S" or a "5"?
