The application responsible for generating hsm.log messages is oamp.
The hsm information show command displays HSM OAM&P information, such as counters for operational requests, errors, events.
The hsm information reset command resets the counters in HSM OAM&P information.
The ntls information show command displays counters for
OAMP status resets on OAMP restart.
