Adding a Tenant

Service Provider Administrators can create Subscriber Tenants and sub-Service Provider Tenants (service provider operating below another service provider).

When you create a tenant you register the administrator for the tenant and you set the Luna Cloud HSM Service Quota for the tenant. The Luna Cloud HSM Service quota is a limit on the number of available services for the tenant.

Subscriber Tenants can register themselves. See Registering Tenants Automatically for more information.

We recommend users avoid including special characters such as !@#$%^&(), in common fields such as the account name or subscriber group name as these characters can cause errors in the platform.

On the Tenants tab, under Add Tenants select a tenant tile:

  • Service Provider - a tenant account for creating and managing other tenants.
  • Tenant - a tenant accout for customers to try and purchase Data Protection on Demand services.
