Settings
While troubleshooting, check the following settings first:
- Database Settings. - Confirm that the Hostname, PortNumber, Database type and DatabaseName settings in SafeNetToken.properties agree with the actual database settings. 
- Confirm that the db user and password used by the CT-V are correct and that the user has the database privileges required to access the tables. 
 
- Key Manager Settings. - Verify that the NAE_IP.1, and NAE_Port settings in the CADP_for_JAVA.properties file are correct. 
- Confirm that the Key Manager user and password used by the CT-V are correct. 
- Check that Allow Key and Policy Configuration Operations is enabled. 
 
- Token Vault Configuration. - Check that the database settings are correct. 
- Click the key names to check their properties. Review the Permissions and Key Versions tabs.
