Downloading Google Keys Metadata
CCKM users with permissions to view the Google keys can export and download the keys metadata displayed on the CCKM GUI. Filter the keys metadata to display on the GUI based on your requirements, for example, all keys created in the past 12 months, all keys residing in a specific Google key ring, and all keys based on a specific algorithm. You can then download the filtered metadata as a CSV file.
To download the Google keys metadata visible:
Open the Cloud Key Manager application.
In the left pane, click Cloud Keys > Google. The Key Rings tab of the Google page is displayed.
Filter the keys metadata based on your requirements.
Use the Search box to filter the keys. To further filter the metadata, show/hide the desired columns and use the column-level filters.
Click Download as CSV.
The Google keys metadata visible on the Key Rings tab is downloaded as a CSV file.
Note
By default, the metadata of 10 keys displayed on the first page of the search results can be exported and downloaded.
You can increase the number of results to display per page up to 100.
To download and export the results of multiple pages:
Navigate to the next page of the search results. Use the on-screen pagination options at the bottom of the page.
Click Download as CSV again.
Downloading Google Key Rings Metadata
CCKM users with permissions to view the Google key rings can export and download the key rings metadata displayed on the CCKM GUI. Filter the key rings metadata to display on the GUI based on your requirements. You can then download the filtered metadata as a CSV file.
Metadata of a maximum of 100 key rings can be exported and downloaded.
To download the Google key rings metadata visible:
Open the Cloud Key Manager application.
In the left pane, click KMS Containers > Google. The Key Rings tab of the Google page is displayed.
Filter the key rings metadata based on your requirements.
Use the Search box to filter the key rings. To further filter the metadata, show/hide the desired columns and use the column-level filters.
Click Download as CSV.
The Google key rings metadata visible on the Key Rings tab is downloaded as a CSV file.
